Years ago, I made the radical choice to begin again. I left behind what wasn’t working and moved to Costa Rica to walk my healing path, which inspired my debut novel Between Here & Paradise.

As I recovered from alcohol dependency and the pressure to be someone I wasn’t, I discovered the power of presence, nature, and self-love.

For nearly a decade, I’ve supported women around the world through confidence coaching, healing retreats in Costa Rica, and soulful transformation.

Today, I live in the jungle, cook barefoot in my kitchen, coach women 1:1, and lead powerful retreats that awaken the truth in those ready to rise.
