Think of this as "boundaries 101"...

All coaching/consulting services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Kelee Love  or its agent, known as Kelee Lane Allsop, (your “Coach”) as well as information set forth on the website (www.keleelove.com) are meant to help you identify the areas in your life and in your thinking that may be standing in your way.

By agreeing to the terms of service checkbox, you agree that is not professional mental health care or medical care, and that you understand that Kelee Love, Kelee Lane Allsop  “your Coach”,  is not representing itself as professional medical, psychological or psychiatric care. 

By agreeing to the terms of service checkbox, paying for classes / workshops, or any other services, I am agreeing  that if I feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a professional counselor, therapist, psychiatrist or any other medically trained professional. 

Coaching/consulting may augment your therapy, but the work of coaching/consulting is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds are already healing or healed.

In that spirit, by purchasing coaching services from your Coach, Kelee Love or its agents as specified above, you confirm that you have read and agree to each statement and that you wish to proceed:

I agree that I have discussed honestly my situation and released Kelee Love or it’s agents Kelee Lane Allsop before proceeding into working with Kelee Love,, or it’s agents. I agree that if I am dishonest with Kelee Love or its agents, in any way, that Kelee Love may terminate this contract, with the right to seek the remaining payments due for this contract, without continuing to provide service. 

I understand that the coaching services I will be receiving from my Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that my Coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.

I understand that coaching is, at present, an unregulated industry and that my Coach is not licensed by the State of Utah or any other state.  I also understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by my Coach will be considered to be provided in the State of Utah.

 I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions, and that in no way do I make Kelee Love, or it’s agents responsible for my choices, decisions and actions. 

I understand that all comments and ideas offered by my Coach are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my defined goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to my coach to assist me in achieving such goals.

I understand that to the extent our work together involves personal development and consulting, and my Coach is not promising outcomes, nor is responsible for the development that happens as a result of working together. 

I understand that my Coach will protect my information as confidential, with the exception of comments posted publicly on social media, unless I state otherwise in writing beforehand. However, If I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if my Coach is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires.

I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Zoom, Skype, Voxer, Facetime and other technology.

I understand I have the right to cancel or reschedule appointments by giving an advance 24 hour notice, and if such notice is not given, my appointment may be forfeited.

I give consent to use any of my public social media posts, pictures or testimonials for use by Kelee Love, without prior written consent, as these are already made public content by me. I understand that I am able to opt-out of this before beginning coaching services with Kelee Lane Allsop. 

I understand that if I have any concerns, I will address with Kelee Love, or it’s agents before addressing these publicly on social media or other platforms. I understand that I am not happy with the service provided, I am not to speak negativity, and I am agreeing to address these with Kelee Love or it’s agents about this concerns, or I could be in breach of my contract, and liable for damages that this may have caused. 

I agree not to disparage the Company, its agents, affiliates or brand name through online feedback, directly or otherwise, nor to use harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable communication of any kind including negative comments on any social media outlet, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, professional blogs or websites, or via email, texting, or any other form of written communication. IF I do disparage Kelee Love, or it’s agents, I am not entitled to continuing my program, and all work between us will cease and desist, and I may be liable for remaining payments due on my contract. 

I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Kelee Love, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by my Coach as a result of the advice given by my Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. 

I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
