Introduction:
Let's talk about something we all know deep down: life is hard.
It's tough to navigate the twists and turns, the ups and downs.
Often times we associate change with being HARD. But what if it wasn’t? What if the exact opposite was true?
Here’s the thing: it's also hard to stay in the same place, stuck in old habits and routines that no longer serve us!
It’s HARD to stay stuck in the same job without advancing your skill set or growing professionally.
It’s HARD to stop paying attention to your health, often battling with disease (dis-ease), instead of making changes to your diet, exercise and sleep habits.
It’s HARD to stay in TOXIC relationships simply because, at your core, you don’t believe you deserve better.
In my experience, those specific examples of staying the same, were MUCH HARDER than taking different actions to CHANGE.
I remember a time when I felt trapped in my 9-5 job, yearning for something more but unsure how to break free. It was hard to build a business. Oftentimes I didn’t even know where to start, but the idea of staying in the same place, making the same wage, instead of being free to travel the world, deeply haunted me.
Those early mornings, waking up at 4:30 am, were brutal. But those extra hours became my sanctuary, my time to focus on my dreams before diving into the demands of the day job. It was hard, no doubt, but it was a different kind of hard - the kind that fueled my passion and propelled me forward.
And then there was the struggle to get in shape. Trust me, it wasn't easy. Starting from scratch, pushing through the pain, feeling like every step forward was met with two steps back. But I kept going, starting small and building momentum. And now? Instead of being fifty pounds overweight and sluggish, I can hike for miles without stopping, a testament to the power of persistence and determination!
And those pesky toxic relationships? I had my fair share of those, too. I had to do the inner work with my beliefs that I was worthy of being treated with love and respect. It was hard to leave those relationships behind, but not as hard as if I would have stayed where I was being disrespected and taken advantage of.
So what’s a girl to do? How do we BREAK FREE of the difficulties of change?
We DON’T. But… we CAN overcome the challenges with some simple mindset shifts!
With that said, here are 4 tips on how to navigate the difficulty of change:
Take a close look at your beliefs about the subject. Do you believe it's hard? Anytime we believe something is difficult, we're less likely to want to try it. Taking the example of getting in shape. I believed it was hard to get in shape, until I realized how hard it was to continue treating my body so badly which resulted in high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and pre-diabetes- all of which I would have had to most likely be “medicated” for the rest of my life. Um, Hell no! I didn’t want that, so I knew I had to take some steps to change my eating and exercise habits.
Acknowledge that "it's just as hard to make changes as it is to stay the same." Reframing your belief can shift your perspective and empower you to take action. Recognize that the discomfort of change is temporary, but the rewards can be lasting. Using the example above, I would remind myself that it was just as hard to be on medication and struggle with my health as it was to go to the gym a few times a week, and meal prep once a week. It was a consistent reframing and being my own little cheerleader – reminding myself “I can do hard things!”
I didn’t start climbing mountains overnight. I started by going to the gym three days a week, committed to spending 20 minutes on the treadmill! Believe me – at the time that felt OVERWHELMING. But I did it! It was a small little action. When I was ready, I started hiking short, small trails. Then I would incorporate weights, and learned more about nutrition by attending classes. It was a willingness to take small actions and it led me to BIG RESULTS over time.
Every step forward, no matter how small, is worth celebrating! Whether it's making it through a challenging workout or sticking to a new habit for a week, acknowledge and celebrate your progress. These small milestones add up and keep you motivated on your journey. I celebrate ALL. THE. TIME. And it’s what gives me the fuel to keep going! Here’ a blog post I wrote about the POWER OF CELEBRATION!
YIt all comes down to this: it's a matter of desire and priorities. What are you willing to endure to create the life you dream of?
Remember, both paths - staying stagnant and striving for change - come with their own set of challenges. But beauty lies in the choice.
So, my friends, I urge you to pick your hard. Choose the path that leads to growth, to fulfillment, to becoming the best version of yourself!
You've got this!
With love and courage,
Kelee

These notes come from my own path—from the messy, beautiful, real work of healing. My hope is that they bring you comfort, courage, and the reminder that you’re never alone. Healing is possible. And your story matters.

I help women heal their past, reconnect with their truth, and reclaim the life they deeply deserve. I’m living proof that it’s possible to start over, rebuild from the inside out, and find paradise—right where you are.
Years ago, I made the radical choice to begin again. I left behind what wasn’t working and moved to Costa Rica to walk my healing path.
As I recovered from alcohol dependency and the pressure to be someone I wasn’t, I discovered the power of presence, nature, and self-love.
For nearly a decade, I’ve supported women around the world through confidence coaching, healing retreats in Costa Rica, and soulful transformation.
Today, I live in the jungle, cook barefoot in my kitchen, coach women 1:1, and lead powerful retreats that awaken the truth in those ready to rise.
I don’t have children—my work is my legacy. I do, however, help care for my aging father here in Costa Rica.
I believe in barefoot living, talking to the birds, and truth-telling.
My retreats and 1:1 coaching sessions are sacred containers for deep transformation.
I’ve supported women from all walks of life as they remember who they truly are.
I haven’t always lived in the jungle or led women’s retreats.
My path to healing was winding, honest, and deeply personal.
Confidence. Healing. Freedom.
I support women through powerful programs that help you heal emotional trauma, break free from people-pleasing, and build lasting self-trust.

I’ve created a growing library of soul-aligned offerings—including meditations, stand-alone classes, workbooks, and eBooks—to help you integrate healing at your own pace.
Whether you’re deep in transformation or just beginning, these tools meet you where you are and gently guide you forward.
If you’re craving personalized guidance on your healing journey, private coaching offers a sacred space just for you. Together, we’ll work through emotional blocks, rebuild self-trust, and help you rise with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

"I was hesitant about 1:1 coaching with Kelee, fearing it'd interfere with my Bachelor's degree pursuit. Against my doubts, I signed up. Surprisingly, Kelee's guidance helped me finish my degree ahead of schedule. Through her, I found my voice in relationships, acquired valuable tools, and tapped into boundless energy. Kelee's amazing presence keeps me coming back. She's not just a coach; she's a life-changer."
"In just three months with Kelee, I achieved more than two decades of therapy combined! Miraculously, I manifested not only improved relationships with my husband and children but also my dream home nestled on a sprawling 4-acre property.
My business and personal relationships are now thriving as a result of working with Kelee Love. I believe in her work so much that I have booked a personal private healing Radiant Goddess Retreat with her in Costa Rica.
Kelee hasn't just changed my life, but my families lives also!"
